Claudia San Roman

Claudia was born and raised in Lima Peru, but moved to Miami in 1986 with her mom and her sister. She quickly fell in love with the active South Florida lifestyle, stunning waterfront scenery and dynamic mix of cultures.

Claudia moved back to Peru for her senior year of high school in order to graduate with her childhood friends. She immediately moved back to the U.S., where she met Esteban. Ultimately, they got married and lived in Ecuador for a while-his home country-though Claudia always longed to return to Miami.

Being the motivated and driven individual that she is, Claudia made that happen. In 2006 she moved to Palmetto Bay with her daughters, earned her real estate license and began making her mark in the community.

The initial move was under one condition—If she was not successful within six months of starting in the business, she would agree to move back to Ecuador. Well the fact that she never moved back should tell you something about her tenacity. Soon after those months were up, Esteban moved here to join her. They’ve been enjoying everything about this incredible lifestyle ever since.
